将来の日本の雇用、所得、財政を支える新たな担い手となるグローバルで活躍するスタートアップを創出していくためには、スタートアップのグローバルマーケットへの展開を支援し、事業規模の拡大を支援していくことが重要です。
そこで、独立行政法人中小企業基盤整備機構（以下、中小機構）では、グローバル展開を目指す国内スタートアップの成長に必要なリスクマネーの供給や海外展開ノウハウの提供を促進し、グローバルメガスタートアップの創出を促進するため、以下のとおり、海外における事業の展開に取り組む中小企業者に対する投資を行うファンドにかかる運営者の募集を行います。
この出資事業によるファンドを通じた投資や経営支援等により、国内のスタートアップのグローバル展開を支援していきます。
事業実施にあたり、ファンド運営者から中小機構への出資提案について、リンク先に添付した募集要項及び出資要件のとおり募集を行います。提出資料については、あらかじめ募集要項等をご確認のうえ、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ファンド組成に関するご相談も随時受け付けております。

Request for Proposals – Fund Managers for Japan Global Startup Growth Investment Program

To create globally active startups that will play an important role in supporting future employment, income, and finances in Japan, it is important to support Japanese startups in expanding their business scale through business development in the global market.
Considering this background, the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan（SME Support Japan）initiates a new “Japan Global Startup Growth Investment Program” to support Japanese startups’ expansion into the overseas market, and to develop the venture capital ecosystem in Japan. SME Support Japan invests in venture capital funds that invest in Japanese startups expanding their business globally and support their global expansion.
